I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and decently comfortable, but lacking air conditioning. The service was top-notch, very professional and helpful. The location was convenient, close to a central park but a bit sketchy. The dining was satisfactory but inconsistent depending on the dish choice.
